Gammelgaard Holding has taken over KJ Industries A/S from Swiss GRAPHA-Holding AG. Behind the buying company stands KJ Industries’ CEO, Ulrik Gammelgaard.

GRAPHA-Holding’s core business is within the graphics industry. Some years ago KJ Industries’ activities in the graphics industry were transferred to other GRAPHA-Holding AG owned companies outside Denmark. Thereafter it has been natural to find a new owner with strategic interest in KJ Industries.

KJ Industries has due to this transformation been through some tough years. But the company has a wide portfolio of high quality products and solutions at a competitive price level, and the employees are loyal and qualified. In connection with a strong capital foundation that has been established by GRAPHA-Holding AG, KJ Industries still has all means to carry out small as well as large and complex projects.

Therefore KJ Industries continue as the leading provider of turn-key solutions for primal cutting, classification and sorting, deboning and trimming, packing, palletizing, internal transportation and storage to the international meat-processing industry.
