Ham Classification Unit

KJ Industries’ Ham Classification Unit is designed to automatically classify individual hams, thus optimizing earnings and further processing. The Unit can be incorporated into existing production lines, but also works as a stand-alone unit with manual feeding. The Unit is delivered fully assembled and only needs air and electricity supply. It is easy to operate by touch panel, either right-hand or left-hand sided, easy to overlook and clean, and therefore complies with the highest level of HACCP standards.
