Deboning and trimming

Deboning and trimming solutions from KJ Industries are hygienic, ergonomically flexible, and efficient. Deboning of beef carcasses already starts at primal cutting, while trimming of pork loins is handled by our Loin Puller. But we have more to offer.

 

Easy-to-use pace line

Our pace line system for deboning is easy to use, and can be manned by unskilled operators. Once the raw material is placed on the pace line, there is basically no more handling, and the operator simply drops the cut off meat in a tray on the lower pace line. The tray is then transported to an identification point, weighed and classified, and sent off for packing or storage.

Efficient and ergonomic

Once the operating team has been established and speed has been adjusted, the pace line assures efficient and rational production. Raw materials are weighed before and after deboning, which makes it possible to perform yield control. Furthermore, the pace line offers excellent ergonomic solutions, adjustable to the individual operator’s specific anatomy.

 

Hygienic design

The hygienic pace line system is designed to comply with the highest HACCP standards, which has a number of advantages, as hygienic design results in simpler and technically uncomplicated solutions, which in turn has financial, production, space and ergonomic advantages. The pace line is easy to overlook and clean.
