IT systems
KJ Industries offers a number of standardized and reliable IT systems, designed to cover the software necessities of any modern meat-processing industry, in relation to traceability, yields control, order handling, control and maintenance.
Production Control and Traceability (PCT)
The PCT system controls the production on the basis of orders, and makes sure that the right meat ends up in the right places, so to speak. A log makes it possible to follow present production and review past production, as traceability can be adapted to the individual piece of meat, tray or batch, depending on the customer’s needs. |

Statistical Management Info (SMI)
The SCM system is closely related to PCT and makes it possible to produce statistical reports on traceability, quality or any other relevant element of production data.
Automatic Plant Control (APC)
The APC system controls the entire production and is a must in any modern meat-processing industry, as it coordinates the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) installed in the individual machines.
Supervision Control and Maintenance (SCM) – SCADA
The SCM system makes it possible to identify any given problem and receive suggestions for repair and maintenance by screen, email or SMS. The SCM can also be used for planned maintenance and combined with KJ Industries’ service and support.
Operator Training and Test system (OTT)
The OTT system makes it possible to train operators in a virtual meat-processing plant, but can also be used for testing new production options and ideas in a safe and virtual environment.
Plant Test and Service (PTS)
The PTS system is a tool for service and maintenance, and can for instance be installed on a laptop and connected to a machine in case of malfunction, thus helping to quickly identify the source of the problem.
