Internal transportation
Both when it comes to internal transportation of meat, trays or cartons, palletizing or storage of empty trays, KJ Industries offers hygienic, reliable, fast and low-noise solutions that eliminate repetitive and physically monotonous working functions. All our solutions comply with HACCP requirements as to technical equipment for food processing.
Flexible palletizing
Our palletizer handles both empty and filled trays, as well as cartons. Empty pallets are delivered automatically, and a pallet magazine and conveyors make it possible for the machine to work fully automatically over a long period, handling some 1.000 trays per hour. The machine is naturally also available as a depalletizer with the same capacity. |

Slat conveyor reduces downtime
KJ Industries’ slat conveyor is speedy and easy to maintain, thus reducing downtime and maintenance. Easy-to-clean surfaces and FDA approved slat belts make the conveyor a hygienically excellent solution.
Empty trays storage ensures long life
The empty tray storage automatically feeds into or removes trays from the system as needed. Before the cleaning of the individual production room starts, all trays are sent to storage. When production resumes, up to 30 trays are fed into the system per minute. The modular construction makes the system highly flexible and low transportation speed ensures low noise, long life and low maintenance costs.
