Primal cutting - pork

KJ Industries offers three levels of solutions for primal cutting of pork after slaughtering: fully automatic, automated, and manual cutting. All three comply with HACCP demands and offer excellent traceability. On top of that, we also offer highly qualified training.

 

Fully automatic primal cutting

Assures the highest productivity and yield percentages, and minimizes the risk of operator errors. The individual pork carcass is visually photo-registered, and the information is sent to a computer that calculates the ideal cutting and makes sure that the carcass is positioned correctly in proportion to the circular cutters. A fully automatic primal cutting system can handle up to 600 pork carcasses per hour.

 

Automated primal cutting

Assure improved productivity and yield percentages, as well as less operator errors. A red laser marking unit indicates where the cut separating the individual pieces should be laid. Once the pork carcass has been positioned correctly, the automated cutting takes place. An automated primal cutting system can handle up to 600 pork carcasses per hour and can naturally be adjusted ergonomically in order to fit the individual operator.

 

Manual primal cutting

Assures flexibility and can be adjusted ergonomically, so as to give the individual operator the best possible working conditions. By manual primal cutting up to 200 pork carcasses can be handled per hour.
