The 24h hotline assures the customer fast and direct access to qualified assistance, in order to maintain uptime of IT systems as high as possible.

Audit on existing plants

Audit on existing plants provides the customer with documentation on the improvement potential in a specific plant.

Making use of our instruction and training, optimal utilization and efficiency of the plant can be obtained, for instance in relation to operations, functionality, fault-finding, adjustment and servicing.

Establishment of service organisation

In the case of a customer having none or insufficient service organisations, KJ Industries can assist in developing such.

Service checks

With a service check package, KJ Industries will arrive on-site at the customer’s plant an agreed number of times a year, in order to discuss specific questions, check the general condition of the plant, and adjust and/or change where needed.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance ensures as few unplanned stop as possible, thus obtaining a constant and high reliability.
