Spare parts can be ordered 24 hours a day by fax or email, thus assuring efficient and reliable back-up to all our intelligent solutions.

Please contact us by fax (+45) 76 11 22 02 or email spareparts@KJIndustries.com, providing us with:

• your customer number;
• the model and serial number of the machine;
• the number and amount of the spare part you wish to order;
• the address to which the order should be sent;
• the date upon which you need the spare part;
• name and phone number of a contact person for further questions.

Emergencies

Our ordinary office hours are 08:00-16:00 (Monday-Thursday) and 08:00-14:45 (Friday) local time. In case of an emergency outside these, you can always contact our 24 hour hotline support.
